Phoned up and placed a order. Asked if the chips could be cooked fresh as last time they were cold and seemed old. Got the delivery home and they had forgotten my wife's order and the chips were cold. Then had to walk all the way back up to collect the forgotten order!! Wont use them again and will use Masters instead!!

Last night i had a meal ruined for the 2nd time by these guys. I ordered from these as delivery is very prompt. Unfortunately items are missing, i payed cash so had to take up my complaint with Duru's. My wife called them and explained the order was wrong as i said this is the 2nd time with the same result. They apologised for the missing items and stated they would get them to us asap which resulted in us waiting for the missing items. These never materialised even though they were promised. Which also resulted in us eating our cold food that had arrived. I'm gutted i paid for this privilege. I would like to tell you all that the quality of food made it worth it but a tray of dry meat and hard pita breadisnt exactly appetising. In my humble opinion if you want a good meal and what you order go elsewhere.
