Absolutely disgusting customer service the products are not worth the money. Have had nothing but problems with the Gillingham store, right from the moment of delivery and are now going to envlove the financial ombudsman as product is not fit for purpose. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY

Spoilt for choice, able to browse without interruption, wide choice, from budget to top of the range, assistance was there when required, found what my wife and I were looking for, all questions answered and paperwork completed, all options, and timetables explained. Staff, (Mark) very patient, helpful and considerate, coffee was welcome, and we never at any time, felt rushed.

The store had plenty of furniture on display giving the customer a wide choice. The Sales Consultant who assisted us was very, very helpful not only with information about the bed but with available delivery times and methods of payment. Would definitely use Furniture Village store again.

My wife and I bought a 2 seat and 3 seat leather sofa. We loved the colour and it was perfect in our lounge. To my dismay one of the leather cushions starter to peal away. To be told it was not a manufacture problem, it was our use. Please be warned, only one seat has done it and we use all of them the same. I would really be careful about making them your choice for settees!!

We went to the Gillingham store and was left to look around at our own pace. When we had decided on the style of sofas we then had the help of Debbie. I think we must have had the best sales person there, she took us outside to look at the colour samples which threw me as the one one I was thinking would have not looked right. Debbie was so helpful in her knowledge and advice made us a coffee and made sure we had all the correct info of the sofas, she was a pleasure to deal with.

We were very impressed by covid precautions in place in this store. We were assisted by a lovely member of staff called Debbie who helped us decide which bed suited us and arranged a very quick delivery. Highly recommended!

Good customer service, was delayed once, due to covid, this can't be classed as a fault, purchased ariana 3,seater 2 seater, and chair, was a considered purchase, but so happy beautiful fabric, well made pieces of furniture. Also not enough credit goes to the delivery drivers, they do an amazing job, ist class service. Many thanks Wendy x
