This is the first time I used Goldex Lettings to find tenants and I was happy from start to finish. Jason was polite and knowledgeable and managed to find suitable tenants after a couple of days. He patiently explained the referencing process and any questions I asked he answered fully with patience. Nothing was ever a problem. The whole process ran smoothly, Jason made everything look so straight forward. I haven’t experienced this with other agents. After having a viewing in one commercial sites, I was impressed by how affordable the building was for the space that it offers! Jason, the agent that I had the viewing with, was very easy to get in touch with at any time and booked the viewing in less than 24h notice. I would have went through with the plan if it wasn’t for a different much smaller site that I’ve found which still does the job for now until the COVID situation seizes and things go back to normal. I highly recommend them and definitely will work together in the future!
Very unprofessional, rang us 6 minutes before a viewing to tell us the property has been let. Terrible organisation.
