Popped into the branch at hempsted valley today, was greeted by a young girl constantly chewing gum. Having been to florida on several occasion we new exactly what we was after. So explained this and was spoken to in such an abrupt condescending manner regarding our holiday requirements, we didnt even get a proper quote just a price written on a post it note. The whole experience was completely unprofessional ,will not be bothering with this branch for any of our holiday arrangements. As Tui is just across the way we will be heading there in future
