After asking if the dentist was running on time i got told yes, she was 45 mins late, waiting around with an autistic 7 year old and a 1 year was not fun, she scratched my gums, told me i had to have 4 fillings (i go to dentist every 6 months so did not feel like this was the truth and was confirmed by my original dentist) got to reception who were just standing around talking, my 7 year old ran out of the door and i shouted which made her realise i needed to be dealt with and now. Bad experience, havent gone back and now back with my old dentist... The journey is worth it

Rang dentist at opening time...8.30. Had an abcess come up and strggked with pain relief all weekend. Was told they have a triage service and somebody will call me back....guess what? No phone call! Sitting in agony hoping 2 get an antibiotic. Linch tim...still no phone call. In the wnd my husband went down 2 surgery with a photo of my swollen face. Collected prescription 4 me. Oh dear...this is not a good service. After reading other reviews i fear this surgery has gone downhill! Might be time 2 look elsewhere. Shame. Used 2 be a good surgery.

Dreadful experience with dentist who was extremely rude and only willing to help if you are able to pay shed loads of money. He also wanted to extract teeth unnecessarily so he could fit expensive implants. Felt he belittled me because I couldn’t afford the expensive option. I left the surgery feeling distraught and upset Pity because the hygienist there is lovely but I shall steer clear of going there ever again.

Disgusting turned up for 10-55 appointment at 10-45 with Mr Waheed for my partner still sitting waiting at 11-35 previous patient came out and person who arrived at 11-30 called in, my partner won’t be going back. Not the first time this has happened.
