Date: 16/09/20 Time: 10:15 - 10:30 Store Manager at the time: Katie (a man) This was one of the worst customer service experience in my life. Had to wait outside with my family (4 people together) because I was told 'NO' very bluntly and without any eye contact by him. Asked why, then he said that there were too many people in the store in a completely uninterested manner looking somewhere else. However, there were only two women in the store, and they weren't wearing masks and nor did the store manager. He was breaking the government guidelines. As we entered the store, we were told very rudely that only two people can enter the store although we were a family of 4 and were wearing masks. The store manager wasn't and the previous two customers weren't wearing any masks. Not a even a little sign of friendliness or a smile. Only impolite, crude, and bad mannered. We have already reported this to the Holland and Barrett head office and will soon report it to the local authority/police. This man should be retrained or even rehabilitated to deal customers from scratch. Will never step into this store again if he is present and will not recommend to anyone. Gave a very bad outlook to the whole store and company.

I went into the store yesterday, there was a lady and a young man working, I wish I had got their names! They were fun and knowledgeable and it was so nice to have a pleasant chat with some friendly people during this pandemic. The lady helped me in my decision on what to buy and the young man was more than happy to help! They have left a lasting impression on me and really brightened my day, so thank you :)
Shut for lunch ! Typically it’s the time I could only get to the shop come on guys ... true you need lunch ! But couldn’t you split the time ... not like we’re in a world crisis or anything
