Terrible service terrible food. This is supposed to be fish and chips. Who knows what has happened to the lemon. The fish was like a fish finger. The peas were over cooked. All very cold. They refunded us for this meal. But really would you let it leave the kitchen. Wont be going back. Very disappointed

Was told i could get my roast on till 6.30 but finished at 5 so had to pick from menu was limited from before due to pandemic i guess, had my well behaved grandson with me but guess they seated us in noise uncontrolled kid section because of this sadly this let it down as had to listen to a child screaming for attention in a high chair for 30 mins while both parents played videos on their phones at volume for every one to hear. also when food was brought out asked if we wanted any salt etc , this never arrived
We've used this pub many times but just lately the food has left a lot to be desired. I had cod & chips where the fish was so badly cooked it was curled up at each end. Today I had a meal with eggs where the edge of the eggs were burnt to a crisp. They must have a new chef because the food was always first class. Its such a shame that standards have dropped so much.
Great staffs, great place to be for a fabulous breakfast, well done and keep up the good work.
Had a very tasty meal there last week. Food was beautifully cooked and lovely atmosphere . All clean and tidy in there too.. *****
Came here for breakfast and after sitting at the table for over an hour all we got was a glass of apple juice. Service was terrible and after watching atleast 3 other tables experiencing the same and deciding to leave to go elsewhere, we decided to also get a refund and leave

We had a lovely lunchtime meal up here, food was nice & our waitress Chloe was very cheerful & friendly All safety measures were adhered to but to be honest you rarely noticed them!
