I have just purchased my dream car from Glen , he has been brilliant from start to finish, nothing was too much trouble, to get my dream car to me as i live miles away from them. I didn't think it would happen and through a lockdown too but it did and Glen explained everything every step of the way to make the transition of old car to new go as smoothly as possible. He also had that go that extra mile mentality of creating promo videos and videos to help with all the signing over which I thought was amazing.

Booked in our Company Van for it's first Service. Was informed that if we did not have all the items carried out it would invalidate the Warranty (False Statement). The vehicle was not washed as per the fixed price service stated & the Card was overcharged compared to the Invoice supplied. Technician failed to notice that the Undertray had been removed prior to service. All round very poor aftersales service at an extortionate costs 81.77 to replace a Fuel Filter, 41.84 to change an Air Filter etc

Very Covid-friendly. Dealt with by the best salesman ever, Connor Carpenter, who made the whole experience as straightforward as possible. He was kind, caring and understanding, as I was really worried about being in a public place because I am extremely, clinically vulnerable and have barely left my home since last March. Alongside that he was quick and efficient and dealt with all my queries very satisfactorily. This is the 4th time in a row that I have used this dealership to purchase my Motability car and although we have always received good care and attention, I would like to say that Connor is by far, the best of all, If there are ever any awards given in recognition of good service, I would like to recommend Connor as a worthy candidate. By the way, this is also the fourth Citroen C4 Picasso Grand I have purchased and it is a first rate car.
