My self and partner lost our baby boy aged 8 on 27th February 2017 :( I can honestly say this from the bottom of our hearts that we would not of got through this tough time if it wasn't for John him self and all his wonderful staff, they absolutely went above and beyond to make sure we was okay and bent over backwords to help us in anyway possible, Mel was amazing and made us feel so relaxed and was there for us with out a second thought, anything needed doing she was right on it, she made us feel so at ease and not scared thank you so much Mel your really are an amazing women, and Shane well his our safety blanket I wasn't worried or scared to leave my baby boy, he was there with him when we wasn't and I knew he would be looked after all the time, Shane you was our back bone at this horrible time for us and helped us through our darkest times we always walked in with a smile on our face because you was there, I genrally cannot thank use all enough we no 100% we would be in a total different place now (not a good one) if it wasn't for John and all his amazing staff, thank you so so much love Amanda neal and holley xxx
