0 stars would be generous. Have been waiting to post my review until my situation had been solved. Bought a car back in February. Clutch went less than 14 days after purchase.. have had to fork out nearly 1,500 for new clutch, fly wheel and small claims court fees. Drove last last week and forecourt cleared out. No surprise that the name will change again, as it does every few years. Stay well away from Victoria Easdown and any part of her dodgy car selling business/family. I dread to think how many people she has ripped off over the last few years. Stay away, stay away, stay away. Reported to Citizens Advice who have reported them to Trading Standards..

Nice cars. As for customer services well don't BOTHER ..problem with the car over a week ago still sitting here waiting for It to be picked up ...

Don’t buy car off these dealers you will regret it. I bought a car had fuel leak and injection problem miss firing bought in July the took car in to fix had a whole month give me car back and just left the car with same problems it’s February now and finance company fighting with dealership to get fixed as they are totally avoiding a repair. The owner Vicky tell lies to get buyer in trouble making out it’s my fault, had to get independent inspection to prove not my fault. Poor service poor work ethic poor reputation avoid avoid avoid.
Not happy. Visited this showroom on Sunday and expressed an interest in a car. Got a price for our part exchange. Wife phones to arrange a test drive the following Wednesday. Drive over there from the island only to be told that there is no paperwork for the vehicle yet. They expected me to commit to buying a car without seeing any service history, repairs paperwork etc. Not happy and will definitely not be going back to this mickey mouse car dealership. Furthermore, will be spreading the word among friends, colleagues and sharing my experience on FB. I had to choose a star, otherwise I could not post this review; however the reality is the company deserves no stars.

I bought a car from this Medway Autos 21 of March the car had wrong wing I told them to fix it" on the next day they told me to bring it back so they can sort out ""but every time they have given me deferant excuse then i have been told it came out like that from the manufacture like that ""then i have been told if the car goon to the paint shop i have to pay for it even the car a week old "never got my service book or the audio car book not even manual book for the car despite I call them so many times even I went there so many times to get the books but I been told we have to wait for a car to come to us so we can give the books still waiting Please people do not go neer this car deller they are a (DODGY CAR DELLER) you will regret it in the long run AVOID AVOID """"even I have been told I have to pay a 500 deposit for the car before test drive never heard that before I did every thing to take them to small court but the court want 500 I haven't got that amount of money to through away not sure if I am going to win the cass
Bought a car from here,It has multiple faults with it. They lied about servicing it, they lied about repairing it. Took them to court and it turns out they have changed the company name whilst owing me thousands. Just google Medway Autos reviews and make your own mind up.The balliffs have been once already to this place and they will be visiting again.Since then they have traded as Medway Autos (Commercial) Limited,Kents Car Supermarket Ltd,and now the Medway Mini Centre .Same place,same business,same lies
