Drove in my daughter's car , (which needed a bit of a spin) & as she is only 17, it is not new or flashy, & we parked right outside. Sales people saw us get out & walk towards the shop. We were ignored the entire time we were there, not even the customary \if you need any help etc..\. However 2 other couples pulled up in relatively new, bigger cars & they were instantly fawned over, whilst we were still invisible. Perhaps we should've pulled up in my newer bigger more acceptable car. Utter snobs! Magnets I'm having my entire kitchen redesigned & hubby said I could go up to 20k, not including white goods or installation. Obviously you will not be getting my custom. Off to Wren kitchens I shall go....

Not sure who's performed the worst ? Magnet Gillingham or the kitchen fitter ? The fitter advised Magnet on the 2nd day of the job that a door ordered was too wide and for Magnet to arrange a replacement. They did, but ordered the same 'too wide' door again. Then when the door had finally arrived correct and a time and date agreed for the fitter to install, he doesn't show up or advise that he can't make it !! So 11 days and numerous phone calls after the kitchen should have been completed, we are still waiting a resolution.

It's a one stop shop. Chose the kitchen units and appliances and get a fitted price. Use their fitters and they will manage the plastering, painting, flooring etc. if required. At an additional price obviously. But it saves employing different craftsmen and project managing.
