I visited today for a check up with my 3 year old and 8 year, who were pretty nervous..previously we had seen a dentist and he want very patient with my children The dentist we saw today was a lovely lady (upstairs) who was friendly, very kind and so patient with my children. We want to say we would definitely recommend her to anyone. She was so good with children who are a little nervous. Quite hard to find I think!

Reception pleasant and polite as you would expect but the service that really warrants 5 Stars is from the Dentist herself. Very friendly, helpful, caring and considerate. Thank Zein, see you next time!

Very poor service and practice manager didn’t call back when she said she would Started out had an appt booked weeks before. Surgery called me twice to check I was still attending. Answer was yes on both texts. Then I had another call by phone call the afternoon on the day before my appt to confirm again I was still attending. Answer was yes as I’d waited some time for this appt. after confirming I would definitely be attending I was then told I would only be seen if I would pay private. I informed them if I could afford to pay private I would but cannot possibly pay private just nhs. So I was not seen as I wouldn’t pay. This dentist left me in a right mess with a very painfull tooth which still is. And now because I have left this review the practice manager called me today the 1-2-21 and said the communication has broken down and they wouldn’t see me now anyway weather on nhs or private. What a disdusting way to be treated all along. So I will not ever go there again. Appalling service and treated very badly by trying to force me to pay private if I wanted treatment.
