Letting people down in Tower Hamlets waited 24 hours for someone to come to my mother who is 88. She has COPD and had not long come home from hospital. Disgusting!

Been 48 hours without heating and hot water. Have ME and chronic pain syndrome myself and a 2yr old and a 6month old baby. They don’t care and their staff especially the women are rude. They don’t care at all just go silent when you tell them how desperate you are. Said their engineers phone is off and going to voicemail and they do nothing about. Vile people on behalf of a vile company Golding Homes
