I’ve found Rawlins music to be the most effective guitar tutor I’ve tried. Many tutors can try and speed past the foundational knowledge, which is exactly what I’ve been lacking for so long! Tom is a really personable tutor, who tailors the lessons to your needs and ensures that you come away from each lesson with a clear plan. He’s also an excellent guitar player! Would recommend to anyone at any level !

I’ve started my guitar journey with Tom and after just a few lessons, I can highly recommend him to anyone who wants to achieve terrific results almost immediately. Tom is very professional and organized, and his ability to create custom programs based on the players’ level and interests really brings it up a notch. Thumbs up!!!

He can answer any question you have. I find Tom very patient and understanding. He also keeps me motivated with positive and encouraging feedback.
I have being having lessons with Tom for about 6 months now and absolutely planing to continue. Lessons are structured and full of required knowledge to progress and staff that i would personally like to learn. Tom is happy to help over the emails or messages in between lessons. I am very happy with the lessons and the progress.

I’ve been having guitar lessons with Tom for about a year now. I really enjoy the lessons as he helps learn the music you are into and I feel that makes the learning process more enjoyable. The step by step approach on all aspects of learning the guitar he has, I find really beneficial also. It really comes across well in the one hour lesson I have with Tom weekly, that he has really good knowledge for guitar music and shows his passion through engaging lessons.
I approached Tom as a novice guitarist having not played in over 10 years. With having previous experience I have been able to pick up the basics fairly quickly with Tom's guidance and he has been excellent in adapting lessons to keep up with my progress. He has kept the sessions varied and fun whilst being structured and personalised to my own tastes. Sessions are held in his home studio which is a relaxed and comfortable environment. Reasonable price for sessions and superb tutoring, I would recommend!
