Always great and courteous service. Our car was completed much quicker than expected. Highly recommended car sales and service showroom. Normally, the serviced vehicle would have an internal valet but, understandably, to reduce the risk of Covid, they are limiting how many employees interact with the vehicle. However, this doesn't subtract from Medway Hyundai's excellent service.

Excellent experience at Medway Hyundai from the initial enquiry about the Hyundai Tucson through to ordering and collection, most of the process was completed over email and phone and the systems were easy to use and intuitive, Sam was really helpful, polite and friendly and we had a very pleasant experience purchasing our Tucson. Collection day was smooth, Sam run through the features of the car and already set some up for us, best car buying experience we have had.

Was looking to change my mobility car I did not get a Hyundai , no stuck to Mercedes Benz my 5 th one I can tell you it's a nightmare. They have had my deposit for 6 months with no correspondence of when I will get it my friend got a Hyundai and I wished I had. He was treated respectfully and had his car with in 3 weeks it is so nice to read the reviews with no one star and negative replays check out them. So may be it's time to forget the Mercedes and BMW's the snobbery value and try Hyundai Mercedes has until end of march I will wait ho longer and go to Hyundai.

My second time car servicing at the garage. They are quite pricey, but they'd have the job done. First time they changed break pads in addition to the servicing. Second time for servicing, two tires and the wiper blades were replaced. Female receptionist was both courteous on the phone and in person and could explain all the questions I had to ask. I was happy with the service on each visit even though I paid through my nose. Courtesy car cleaning done the first time wasn't done this time because of Covid-19 pandemic and I expected a car item as a token should have been given.
