Was brought in last night with a nasty case if pneumonia. All the nurses and staff have been phenomenal. One particular lady in resus is Emily. Cannot fought this lady. She kept me calm, was extremely informative and just dealt with my concerns on a one to one basis and really cared. That's what you need when you feel out of control. The cleaning staff are awesome and the catering ladies and gents with the food and drinks and lovely chit chat should not.go.unmentioned. I needed all.these in my hour of need and I got.this in buckets loads and more. One very graceful inpatient.
