Not very friendly can come across very rude and make you feel as if you are stupid. Not really helpful if you would like to take matters forward can seem very unhelpful as they seem like they are not sure and may not have a clue in what to do next or even take legal action, can come across discrimanating when dealing with a matters' I would not even give one star

immaculately clean back seats in their cars, plenty of breakfast cereal options to choose from, and their cells are incredibly roomy. Overall, very professional. Will definitely get arrested by them again, for sure.
Rubbish. My life was threatened and my wallet stolen from my room and they just act busy. 2 days sleeping as a rabbit only because I'm immigrant . Racist!

It's Sunday afternoon at 17:50. I've now held on for 10 mins with a regular "we're experiencing a high volume of calls at the moment...". Just saw a review where another guy waited 57 mins with no answer, so think I'll hang up. Another victory for the criminals.
Realising that people are posting reviews about Kent Police as an organisation and not realising that they are meant to be talking about the facilities offered at Medway Police Station. Staff work hard out of the front counter and will endeavour to find a solution regardless of complexity or difficulty. Pros: 7 days a week operation Crimes, Lost Property etc can be reported in person Free Parking out front (10 spaces and a disabled bay) Out of hours service available via intercom (may take time, but frankly it’s there if you need it)
Anybody tried phoning them? My experience was, I called pushed the button to were I need to be, my phone was on speaker, so I knew when they would answer. so I made myself a cup of tea. Then I started to make a quick snack, beans on toast. I had eaten that and put the kettle back on. The tea was made still the ringing and the womens voice was now and again came on to say about maybe going to the website would help. Anyway I started the few dishes in the sink washed and dried them finished off my 2nd cuppa, STILL NO ANSWER, LUCKILY I HAVE FREE CALLS DURING THE DAY. I lite a ciggy up looked at the time, that I had been on the phone to 57minutes, if it goes over an hour I will have to pay so I cut off the call and came to give this review. SO GOOD LUCK CALLERS. I wouldn't even bother.
I visited my local Police Station today and was treated with rather disrespect considering I was with my twelve year old stepson. I advised what the situation was a consumer issue/possible fraud, the gentleman consulted his colleagues and just ended up printing off details from citizen advice. I looked at the details and the website, nothing found relating to my case. However, I will be revisiting the police station if my item is missing or damaged. Very unsatisfactory!
