As Fleet Manager, this is my GoTo Mercedes centre for van purchasing and more recently servicing. Unlike a lot of other MB outlets they :- - Answer the phone - Are helpful and genuine - Ring you back when they say they will - Deal with issues promptly - Most importantly I feel I get value for money here. I don't own shares in them. I'm not related to them. I think I once got a JCB Thermos Mug. However, I choose to return to them as I have experienced a whole lot worse elsewhere.

Very disappointed from my Vito 119 I bought from here 20.000 miles from new 67 plate in couple months drive shaft gone, in morning when you start engine revs go up and down,new glow plugs,wheel bearings gone near side.ohhhh come on only give me problems I have a lots cars in past but this one was worse ever , or done more miles then show on clock. One good word for customer service was brilliant nothing else in ending I sold Vito scrap and I never touch again Mercedes because of bad experience with you.
