Left high and dry by these people. Booked all day appointment, stayed in all day, nobody turned up. Claimed they texted our landline (impossible; we just tried texting it ourselves to no avail; our landline doesn't ring nor send us any alert whatsoever). The Managing Director insisted it was not his responsibility then admitted one of his staff booked the job before ensuring the parts had come in. Which means he IS responsible!!! Awful experience and appalling service and will be lodging formal complaints with 1st For Service and with Rangemaster themselves. AVOID AVOID AVOID
Grate company! Highly recommended.
Appalling service, had an engineer out and waited for a whole week without being called back despite myself calling several times to arrange the ordering of a new part and the repair.
