Thankfully I was only a patient at this practise for 18 months having previously been a patient at a very professional, personal and caring practise in my previous home town for over 45 years. Two treatments here and then two further treatments required to rectify!! Possibly... not interested in NHS patients and only really wanting people to sign up to private and more profitable dental care? My opinion, it is a practise or business model lacking in any real patient care or interaction and/or very limited or no real options offered to NHS patients i.e. dentist's appear to offer a outdated service of drill, fill or extract with no obvious or clear explanation of any options to modern alternatives. My advice is stay clear, save money and possibly save your teeth more importantly!!!!!!

Used to enjoy the dentist when I was younger he was very cheerful and happy. Went in today and he was clearly in a bad mood and didn’t even answer the question I had asked him. Was also made to pay the full 62.10 for my treatment which isn’t until 3 weeks time in one go and as being a student I struggled to scrap up the pennies.

Really poor attitude, skill level and care. He (Mr F) has yet again done work that created other work, always seems very dismissive of how you feel and what you need, and has on three separate occasions,100% caused an infection that wasn't there before. three long days of agony and painkillers before being given an emergency appointment for remedy his failings. If I was this bad at my job, I wouldn't have a job!

I had a few pain on one of my teeth , went there and he told me, I need to fill that tooth, he did it but nothigs has changed and I feel more pain than before. I went there again and this time he charged me again and told me I need to remove my tooth completely.

Found my dentist very dismissive and somewhat rude today. Went to have a tooth extracted but the pain had subsided and so changed my mind. I could easily have cancelled by phone but wanted to hear what the other options were again. He originally said root canal treatment was not an option on the NHS for what had to be done. Have previously had root canal treatment with someone else who clearly knew what they were doing. It felt like he was taking the easy way out by just saying tooth extraction was the best option. He basically blanked me by saying very few words and I had to deal with his assistant who was very nice and clearly understood my dilemma. Thank you to the assistant. I won't say which dentist it was, as he and the rest of the team can work it out.

Been a patient many tears i broke a front tooth they put me on a list not urgent . It became infected .i went to another dentist who took it out straight away
