I have always found the staff to be very good at what they do. Unfortunately some people feel that the staff are superhuman or are able to conduct tasks outside of their control. The only challenge I have is with the banking app. In branch it has always been good. Yes the waiting times can be slightly long but when being dealt with I have never felt rushed. Thank you Natwest gillingham staff for all that you do.

NatWest has got to be the worst bank for waiting times, usually they have only one member of staff on the paying-in desk, at times they are having to deal with account or transfer issues which could be done at one of their other customer hubs. The staff are normally very helpful and pleasant (that’s why there’s 2 stars). This review is for all NatWest branches, They have all the modern tech but the delivery of service needs to be seriously reviewed.
Always very helpful sometimes the queues are to long. More staff needed.
