Very helpful service. Bought a new laptop and pc aid set it up for me as i didn't have a clue. It was delivered to my door and all I had to do was turn it on and I was away. Great service, very reasonable will definitely be using again

I was given an old computer about two years ago but couldn't get my son or granddaughter to sit there long enough to show me how to use it.. It would be click click click see, that's what you do", they were so fast that I couldn't see what what had happened let alone remember it!! I was none the wiser just frustrated. I just wanted to give up and get rid. Until thankfully a neighbor put me onto PC aid for plebs like me. With a new laptop and 12 months later here I am .... OK it's taken me half an hour to do this but I now use my laptop every day. Thank you for all your help and patients. Graham.
