This surgery is badly run, they fail to return calls and some members of staff are even rude and argumentative on the phone because they find themselves out of their depth. I have a ninety year old mother and their inability to even return a call is a concern to me. Four phone calls and still no response. I feel sorry for the receptionists because they have to deal with the provincial service that is provided. Shamefully\u200b unprofessional ! If they were a company they would be bankrupt. Whoever is responsible for the running / training of the staff should be sacked.

Receptionists are typically surly and unhelpful but if you can't get past them to actually see and doctor they're very helpful. Very knowledgeable. Obviously care about their patients and go as far as they can help actually solve the problem you're facing. Sadly though it's the same with every surgery doctors and nurses etc are great. Receptionists think they know more than they do, don't answer the phone or when they do go out of their way to be nosy, surly, unhelpful and bordering on rude. Training wont help because you can't teach someone who already thinks they know everything. Best would be to do away with the signposting nosiness and return to receptionists who just answer the phone and book appointments
I have had such a positive experience of Peacemarsh surgery. The staff and doctors are all excellent. Also the admin staff are very efficient
Would be nice if they answered the phones instead of leaving you on hold for over 20 minutes every time, other then that the doctors and nurses there are very nice and helpful
Very well organised, superb doctors and all nurses and admin ladies. So fortunate to have such great surgery.
