Initially had consultation, patch test and the treatment was fully explained . I was shown pictures of the healing process and advise how to treat the area after treatment. A special blemish balm was given to me. A week after the patch test, I returned for my treatment. Numbing cream was applied to the forehead, upper eye lids and crows feet - it was left on for about 40 minutes. The treatment itself was relatively comfortable. It took about 30 minutes to complete the treatment. When the treatment was over the area was covered with a powder, sprayed and then a balm was used. I was given a aftercare form which explained what I needed to do over the next 5 days. I woke the following morning and was slightly puffy. I religiously followed the aftercare advice - the balm really helped. I returned to the clinic for a treatment review after 2 weeks, I was amazed of the difference when they compared my before and after pictures. The lines, wrinkles and excess skin on my eyes, forehead and crows were noticeably tighter and softer.

Had plasma pen after I tried the profhilo treatment here. My eyes and forehead were looking tied and I was recommended by the clinic to have plasma pen treatment. I did my research and I knew of the downtime involved and felt it was the right treatment for me. It was not as painful as I thought it might be, as they used really strong numbing cream. The aftercare balm was amazing and I healed pretty quickly. I've had my treatment review recently and the difference between my before and after pictures were incredible. My eyes look fresher and more open. The frown lines are softer and the forehead feels tighter.
Had already been very impressed by a Profhilo treatment at this clinic, which targets the mid to lower face and I felt I needed to improve my upper face - specifically around the eyes and forehead. The clinic recommended their Accor plasma pen. I had a consultation regarding plasma pen and my questions and concerns were answered. I was advised that there would be some downtime with the treatment. A patch test was done. A week later I had my treatment after having strong numbing cream on the proposed area for about 45 minutes. The operator talked me through the treatment again and then started the treatment. There were some tender areas mostly the treatment is quite comfortable. The numbing cream really helped. After the treatment I was given after cream and instructions on how to care for the treatment and a follow up review treatment was scheduled for 10 days later. The following day in woke and was presently surprised that I was looking too bad at all. I continued with applying the aftercare cream for the next couple of days. Each day and every day I was healing and the results around my eyes, crowfeet, frown lines and forehead were looking softer and tighter. When I went back for the review, I was essentially fully healed and was amazed after my before and after pictures were compared. Now a month from the initial treatment I am still see improvements. I would recommend the Accor Plasma pen to anyone looking to improve their upper facial area. I am very happy with the results and how the treatment was carried out by this clinic.
