I went here Saturday for a colonoscopy and I was terrified but from the start all the staff are welcoming and friendly. I did not have to wait around to be seen and all the nurses and theatre staff were amazing, friendly and completely put me at ease. I am sure the nurse's name was Lorraine that looked after me and she was so caring and put me at ease. The staff in the theatre were lovely and one nurse held my hand all the way through, I cannot say thank you enough!

Easy to find, usually easy to park, prompt attention, but reception can be slow at busy times, caring & efficient.

I went here today for an endoscopy. The staff were so friendly and reassuring. Especially the theatre staff. Was able to have a laugh with them! Felt very comfortable. Every step was explained to me and my procedure was over so quickly and got results straight away.

The staff were so lovely, kind and enjoyed a joke. They put me at ease. The treatment went smoothly and there was no unnecessary waiting around but at all times I felt cared for. A great facility.

Went to the Centre today for a colonoscopy and a gastroscopy, had an earlier slot available and phoned to offer me this. I took this up and was really impressed by all the staff who were efficient and caring. The results were not good news but explained very sympathetically by the consultant. This unit is held in high regard by the local community efficiency and the caring attitude.
