Pure nails cite they offer refunds if the product doesn't work. This is not true! Do not believe this company, or purchase anything from them. I bought a 6 month supply of tablets, together with 1 bottle of the oil. I took the tablets religiously every day for 6 months, but they didn't work for me. When I contacted the company at the beginning of January, with photographs, they advised they were experiencing a processing error and gave my details to their accounts dept. Over a month and 14 emails later I still don't have my full refund. They are charlatans.

The products are always in great quality and if I do have a query, the team are always there to answer them. I will keep using them for a long time as they are just amazing.
