The site looks very professional however being able to contact customer service once you have paid for an item is not. There's an answer machine constantly stating it will contact you within 24hours. the LIVE CHAT on the web page does not work. I purchased a Gloss Black 1200x800 shower tray thinking i was getting a good deal, so far i have been unable to contact this company
