Visited here today for an eye test and had a great experience from start to finish. The staff were so attentive and aware, wiped everything down after use. All the staff I dealt with were friendly and professional. I don’t have one fault. Thanks all, I hope your hard work is being recognised.

First off, covid, they are doing there best to be covid safe, limiting the amount of people inside at any time, all wearing masks etc, cleaning all surfaces after each use and anyone coming in is required to use the hand sanitizer, I've found the staff to always be friendly, even during these difficult times, keep up the good work!

Big thanks to all at Specsavers Gillingham. This is not a big store, but both my visits there in the last two weeks were excellent. The health and safety/Covid precautions v good. From the initial greeting at the door to the due examination everything felt safe and secure. Staff v professional, friendly and helpful, V happy with my new specs.
