Two times I have been to this place and two times I have been turned away due to this business being understaffed. I turned up at 6pm, bearing in mind their closing time is listed as 8pm, and there was only one employee working. She was halfway through cutting someone's hair and there was one other person waiting. Despite this I was told that there wasn't time for me. Don't waste your time with this place

Turned up few minutes after 3pm on a Sunday for a fringe cut to be told that she wasn’t taking anymore customers because she had to clean up and cash up. Wouldn’t even do a quick fringe cut. There was no other customers there....obviously she just wanted to knock off early. Maybe the opening hours should be changed to reflect what time the staff are prepared to work until. 3pm not 4pm. Unreliable and lazy...avoid.

Used to be good, seen in 20 minutes. For the last 6 months I've been told a minimum wait of an hour or not taking anymore bookings, despite the fact that they have more staff than customers. The hair cuts aren't even that great anymore not been happy the last few visits. Oh and my last pet peeve is staff have to check there phones for 5/10 minutes before they serve the next customer. I'm affraid you've lost my business now.

Popped in today for a quick dry cut. Didn't get a proper hello from the girl at the till. Just got snapped at to say they will only cut an inch off. Politely said I only want a tidy up. Again she snapped the same quote again. Sat down and the girl had a bit of small talk with me. Felt as if that was an effort as she was paying attention to everything else but cutting my hair. Cut all done, went to pay and one of the other hairdresser was slumped over one of the station's on her phone and another one on her phone. The place needed a good sweep and tidy up. I won't be visiting again as terrible service. Felt like a rip of for the 16 off hair cut. I didn't recognize any of the staff, none of the previous staff I've seen before. Don't know if all the other staff have left that were there last summer. Disappointed...

Great haircuts, we normally go in school holidays to get our hair trimmed. Ladies are good and effective, discreet and helpful
