if there was an option for zero stars I would select it. I can't emphasise how much you should stay away from this company. Unfortunately I was victim of not checking the yell reviews before booking (silly I know) however upon discovering these, I was pushed to accept their custom by the Customer Service Representative Michelle. She seemed helpful and friendly afterwards. Little did I know 5 or more calls later after wondering where my instructor was SHE HAD BOOKED LESSONS WITH AN INSTRUCTOR WHOM KNOW LONGER WORKED THERE AND BOOKED MY TEST FOR THE MONTH AFTER, KNOWING I WOULD NOT HAVE AN INSTRUCTOR AVAILABLE. After requesting my account notes (a legal right for a customer) the Customer Service Rep Sheila advised me that there was NO EFFORT to rebook with another instructor although there was knowledge that the instructor for my area had left. I was then told I must email for a full refund and given the final message of just "sorry to let you down" one echoed on the yell reviews. Stay away. Unprofessional, unreliable and most concerning
