Lovely store, very helpful and friendly staff who are always happy to help with locating items or assisting with reaching or accessing heavy products. They're an asset to the Tesco company. Very well stocked and offer a very good variety and range of products for a smaller store. A very impressive selection of garden/ seasonal items including plants, plant pots and garden ornaments also. A far nicer and a lot more pleasant experience than the bigger Tesco Extra store in Rainham/ Gillingham (Courteney Road Bowaters). In my opinion the nicest and most welcoming Tesco store in the Rainham area.

Well just a warning that vegan is NOT free from their freezes are NOT labelled right so please beware, I did report it Doubt they will do anything about it it's not their worry is it only to the people that shop there well I won't be doing that again asda is better.

Excellent store, well stocked and well organized. Staff are very helpful, nothing is too much trouble for them. In particular, I commend Jess, who spent time finding products for me today and on another occasion. On both occasions, nothing was too much trouble and she showed a willingness to help and great customer service.

Lovely staff. They've always been extremely helpful.nothing is too much to ask. It's open quite late and there is enough of variety to entertain you in there. Big company but Nice little town store. They always get in the mood for Christmas, Halloween and charity events
