The Balmoral is a really nice place. Is at a walking distance from the Gillingham's rail station. The staff is friendly, the rooms I've been in was clean and with an integrated small kitchen with sufficient pots and kitchen utensils for anybody's needs. For each guest 2 towels, soap and shampoo are provided in the room. I had a nice stay,I'll definitely recommend the place.
