Worst meat ever! I love shopping in Dobbies and stumbled accross the butchers inside for the first time. The display and offers looked great. I spent 37 on Chicken, sausage, pork and Lamb chops. The next day the meat was giving off a foul smell in my fridge, the meat looked rancid and was oozing juice. I was so disappointed, I had to throw the lot away to avoid poisoning my family. Please don't waste your money, they might be freezing the meat in fridges and displaying the day it needs to be sold, or put wrong dates on expiry, but after 12 hours of purchase the meat goes off.

The very worst meat I have ever bought .... we shopped there for the first time on Saturday 22 nd august . We purchased ribeye and would say it was average.. we also took two packs of there sausages that were sour and dry they were assigned to the bin. the next day we opened the lamb chops that also smelt rancid and had a sticky feel to them. Washing them under water helped but the taste was awful they followed the sausages to the bin. And today was the 1/2 pound rump steak burgers chance, OMG they didn’t smell before cooking but made up for it when served up. 34.88 for by far the very worst butchers produce ever purchased . Maybe there fridges are faulty, but that has put me off.
