Poorest service I've ever experienced in 25 years behind the wheels. For hour and twenty minutes they didn't do the wheels, I had to vacuum the carpets myself, rubbish cleaning inside and outside, and on top of all whole car covered with some substance and had to wipe windshueld and all other windows and mirrors in order to drive safe. And they, of course , took 18 for "silver service". Appalling...

Took our Audi S6 into Hempstead today for a polish. When we came back the gentleman took extra care with the polish and gave us extra polish. He had a really passion for looking after our car. Was nice to see someone care for her as much as we do. Thank you, great service! She’s gleaming now.

I paid 30 on Saturday to have my car done, looked lovely on the out side so never bother to look at the back seats. Looks like they ever even touched it mud on the floor and scuffle marks. Will v Never use them again. RIP of
Very poor! I paid 30 for inside and out, it looked great on the outside but the back was still dirty, as it a hoover has but ever been near it! I didn't notice until I got home otherwise I would have bought it up with them. They didn't bother doing my cup holders at all, there was still mud on the back seat. Very disappointed and will not be using it again. Total rip off.
Only had a basic wash, car look great, windows wheels and lights were gleaming, managed to remove the bird poo as well, will definitely use again.
DO NOT go to this CAR WASH, they are thieves!!! Thieved money from my car while washing and cleaning inside. Absolutely disgusting. Not even worth 1*
I've been using these guys for a few years now. They always do an excellent job and reasonably fast too. Would be 5 star if they had better parking and it wasn't so slippery!
