Beautiful energy here and the owner, Georgia is very friendly. There's therapy, yoga and all things mindful. It's been recently refurbished and, while it's not a pretty building from the outside, inside it's simple gorgeous. We'll worth a visit!

Georgia is amazing and the centre she runs is absolutely superb. Offering counselling, alternative therapies and Pilates classes they cater for your wellbeing for a healthier mind, body and spirit. I highly recommend them!

A wonderful hidden spiritual gem in the most unexpected place. I've run courses there and attended events and it has always been an absolute pleasure every time. There is a magical feeling as soon as you enter and Yvonne and her team are the most welcoming and lovely people. There is always a wide range of courses and events going on and they are carefully picked to be of the highest quality and run by genuine people. I can't recommend highly enough.

If I wasn't responsible for running a centre myself I would most definitely visit this beautiful centre more often. It is a little haven, run by lovely people and with a calm and peaceful energy. I get there when possible, but not nearly as often as I would like, so if you get the opportunity you should pop along and see and example for yourself the wonders of this place. Most definitely worth a visit, you'll want to go back time and time again :)

A lovely Spirtual Centre that is such a pleasure to return to when i can. The people that run it were very welcoming on my first visit. The Centre is filled with lovely healing and warmth from the people that volunteer to keep it running and this has a lovely effect on the public when we visit. Carry on your brilliant work! X

Everything about the people and this centre is primarily based on love. Everyone is welcome, no one is judged and for me personally I have gained so much by going there. This is the place to go when you are not sure where you should be.
