Great place to spend a phew hours. With lots to do with a big park, crazy golf, a nice walk, swimming pool and a little train to ride. Very nice place with a cafe with great coffee. Really would recommend. Great for children too.

Good place to take the kids
GREAT FAMILY FUN . Huge out door swimming pool with lazy river , paddling pool, mini golf , miniature train rides , tennis courts, 5 a side pitch, swings roundabouts ,cafe with inside and out seating ,fun fair, foot- golf , kids sand pit, "beach" (river), ice cream van and toilets . Only negatives you now need to pay for parking and on a hot day the queues for the swimming pool can take ages so get there early and park somewhere else ,walk or take the bus.

Large park with a good mix of activities. Paddling pool, outdoor swimming pool, bouncy castle, mini zip wire, two play areas, scenic train, mini golf, lots of benches, tables and grassed areas for picnicking where you can shade under huge leafy trees. Right on the riverside - beautiful scenery. Some activities require payment, pay and display parking 1.50 up to 2 hours, 2.50 up to 4 hours other durations available. A few places to eat and an ice cream van on site - unable to comment as didn't try them. Washroom and baby changing facilities.
Great,fun place for kids and adults. Not expensive to get in and open all day. We had a great time.
Nice place to take your family. Theres fairground rides,miniature railway and pleasant walks.
Veey nice small park, with a play area, swimming pool and a few small rides to let off some steam, 2.00 for 2 rounds on the miniature railway. Nice walk along the river, along with green spaces to aid mental health and a few small fitness apparatuses. The only downside of this place is that the old golf course is all overgrown, it would be nice to see that done up a bit so it can be used again. There is too much litter, not just on the paths but on the grass and by the river, this is not very eco friendly. Perhaps a cleanup scheme could be organised.
