Not given the full 'story' in getting the most advantage deal as a result it's going to cost me money for something not suitable for my needs, have now sent a complaint by recorded delivery with a full explanation of my dissatisfaction, in the meantime I would appreciate an acknowledgement and hope for a speedy and satisfactory response to my letter of complaint so that I can genuinely give 3 the 5 star they should have been given

Went in to get an upgrade on my phone Larry who looked after me was friendly and helpful explained the phone I wanted was not in stock however was happy to pre order the phone. He also said if he wasn't in when the phone arrived if I popped in when he's in he'd be happy to help me set up the phone. As far as customer service In store I can not fault

Pretty useless - found a deal online cheaper but as I'm already with 3 can't have that deal - only new customers get it cheaper unless you contact their chat thing online!

Wonderful service, Spencer in the store helped us change our sim for free and was so helpful and pleasant it made us commit to staying with Three for as long as possible. Store itself was lovely, laid out well and there was no 'sales' vibe which was refreshing. A
