Trustless Ford. You will get ripped off, they don't care. Took me for 45 for absolutely nothing. Not a huge amount and I've been in contact to try to resolve the situation but they just won't listen, which in today's challenging environment is even more galling. Rip off merchants. Minus 5 stars would be a more accurate rating.

Dear oh dear! What happened to great service? Arrangements made on the phone were ignored so we asked for a manager after a couple of “I am not a manager” finally we got to speak to one. Even then the arrangements were not made. Perhaps we will try again to actually get the information across next time. A huge gripe is that there are now 15 charges for previously complementary services because of COVID??? This is the first business that I know of that have implemented this! I honestly don’t know where this figure was sucked out of or how it is made up.

Awful experience. Sold a car listed as a 68 plate launch show car. Registered 2020. The log book arrived and the car was manufactured 2015. Then when "I" had to return the car. I told them I would return it Friday to get my full refund, and was told the money should be returned Monday. I don't think so. Would steer well clear in the future. They take 19.5k quickly enough but didn't seem keen on giving it back, even though they miss sold the car in the first place
Although there were a couple of unforeseen problems, they dealt with them in a highly professional way. They did not hesitate to compensate for the errors that occurred. Top marks to their Service Manager.
