Wow how rude . On first call the phone was picked up and put down again . 2nd attempt a friendly voice . I asked if they would search a holiday for me only to be interrupted by a “NO we cannot do that you have to come in store and it’s a queuing system !!!!!! “ my reply of wow was followed phone being put down on me ! Taking our very big group booking elsewhere ... obviously you don’t need the custom !

Disgusted with the lady that served me! She is not at all customer friendly. Told me I should have thought about the fact my son has adhd and booked seats in advance!!! Very aggressive. Dolled up to the nines! I mean she isn’t actually an air hostess but I think she thinks she is. The only nice one there are the ladies that work on the currency desk! The silly cow didn’t even ask me if we were insured!!! Why she is working there is beyond me!!!

We were misold a holiday. The staff didn't tell us of the extra we had to pay. Then they all lied and said they had. Never never use again!!

Disgusting attitude of staff. Why we they even there if they don't help you and show you what is available? "Sorry *expert* I won't waste your time any further the customers clearly have no idea what they want. I think you guys need to do your research". If I knew exactly what I wanted then why would I be talking to you?! Patronising comments after stating that I wanted to go to the aquarium and my boyfriend wanted to go snorkeling : "you know you can't swim in an aquarium right?" Yes you cretin. No wonder more people book holidays online now if this is the sort of sarcastic attitude that you get!

Can only comment on the service we received at the Hempstead valley store very polite and helpful, nice and quick, I hate spending money so the quicker the better didn't try and sell us anything we didn't want the other staff in there were polite and helpful . served by Nichola very pleasant.....

Terrible customer service, wouldn't recommend at all. Staff lie to get a sale and back track when its not against "procedure"
