Steve has been sweeping our chimney, cleaning and maintaining our stove for the past 3 years without fail. Its fair to say you will never find another chimney sweep with the same level of professionalism and untold wealth of knowledge. Steve is always prompt, does a thorough job and is happy to offer advice and tips on using your stove correctly and efficiently. We recently encountered a fault with our stove door and Steve was happy to get to us at short notice to repair the stove and get it working. There was no wait for parts etc and we are truly thankful and appreciative of Steves work ethic to sort a problem fast and deliver a fantastic service. I honestly believe you will never find another sweep as knowledgeable, efficent and friendly as Up Yours!
Sadly I missed him but my wife says he was a very polite, lovely bloke, even the kids said he had them laughing! And he left the fireplace and surrounding area nice and clean! See you next year smudge!

He is so knowledgeable from years in the industry he taught me little hacks I didn’t even know existed on my log burner. And it looked brand new after he cleaned it. Amazing service!
