Turned up for my appointment in the afternoon, what a waste of time. After completing my eye check a woman staff run through the ranges of eye glasses on offer, the cheapest pair was almost 200 not including the extra pair ½ price. After discussing with the cost of glasses another women interrupted our conversation saying she was manager and to go elsewhere if i'm not happy. I told her she was rude and very unprofessional at her job being rude to interrupt other person's conversation when not spoken to to begin with, i made it clear to her that their service was appauling. I told her i won't be coming back and not to send me anymore emails to invite me for eye tests. Stay away from here everyone, unless to can tolerate with rude and bad customer service. Go to Spec Savers, they are far better and they smile

Unfortunately , I was left at the “welcome “ desk for 10 minutes before anybody even acknowledged I was there. No eye contact , chit chat amongst staff. I appreciate people are busy, but I am too ! A little “good morning , somebody will be with you soon “ goes a long way !!

I have used the Gillingham to replace glasses that had been Lost in August this year I choose Bench Frames & was very pleased , just last week the Arm broke on the reading glasses I went back to the store to see what could be done the staff could see the frame had not been miss used an so sent them for estimate ,the glasses were ready the next day with no charge. I would like to thank Hannah & the staff for the help & good service , I recommend Tesco to anyone needing glasses also Tesco has a nice range as with all the products they sell.
