Went in to do an early upgrade of my phone. Initial impressions were OK, the staff were friendly if rather slow at processing the sale and trade in of my old phone. The whole thing took well over an hour despite the fact I had done my homework online and already knew what I wanted before I went in, so it's not like they had to go through loads of options with me. The low score really come into play for aftersales service. I paid my early upgrade fee in store, yet was charged for it again on my monthly bill. I spent two hours on an online chat to try and sort this out, and the webchat team were most unhelpful. Despite having uploaded my receipts to prove I paid in store the upshot was that if I don't want to pay again, I must go back to the store with my receipts for them to credit me. Apparently if a transaction is done in store and it goes wrong it must be corrected in store. It took me two hours on the online chat to get this conclusion! So knowing how slow it is to process anything in store (the staff don't seem clear how to process things in their system and when I did the original upgrade it took 2 others to help the lad who was serving me to find what he needed on the computer) this has left me in despair!!

Excellent service from Zach who never rolled his eyes once when he asked what’s the phone u have and I didn’t know He moved everything over to my new phone was patient /very polite and a credit to the company. The manager ( I’m so sorry I didn’t get ur name) was so friendly as well. Brilliant service and would highly recommend 10/10 from me

Zero stars, but google wont let you. Please do not use them for anything. They are awful. I have had two bad experiences with their service and would never recommend them to anyone.
