I purchased an Audi A7 from this dealer in July and the service and quality of car is fantastic. Shortly after picking the vehicle up, The AC stopped working and Jaime (owner) took the car to the main dealer Audi and got it fixed free of charge under the warranty that comes with the car under waterside cars. My wife recently curbed the alloy and they took the car in repaired it at a discounted rate within 48hours. We also sold a vehicle to them at a very reasonable price for cash which was very helpful at these unfortunate times. Jaime is a very true honest man and will do anything to help out where he can. If I see a car in his fleet I like I will definitely not hesitate to purchase from him again.

This dealer sold me a defective car . Failed to repair the issue and then refused to provide a warranty which was included within the price . He also stood me up at a main dealer where he failed to appear to pay the cost of a diagnostic report which he agreed to pay (in writing) before the day of testing !! He lied saying he offered me a curtesy car and to this day has refused to refund or reimburse me. If you look At Windyridge car sales check the mobile number carefully . I also queried some of the reviews on Autotrader as they were unverified and appeared “unrealistically opposite” to the “very poor reviews” that I and others had posted . Make sure that you get a proper invoice in the name of the correct business . Finally somebody has changed the google classification of his business from car dealer to taxi firm ? Could this be because of very poor reviews ? Think very very carefully before you act .
Purchased a used car from Jamie this week, lovely guy! Car was exactly as he described on the phone to me. was a pleasure dealing with him, will be recommending him to family for the future. all the best
Beware of this car dealer, sold me a Vauxhall Insignia, that within weeks had engine problems that would ultimately mean the car needs a new engine! Did he know about this when he sold it to me, we'll you can read his reviews and judge for yourself. Main reason for the one star is the fact that he does not want to know when you report any faults to him.... advised me he was passing my issue to his legal team... lol. Another thing I noticed was that he stamps his sales invoice as Windyridge Car Sales (why so when you are called Waterside Cars Ltd). Windyridge Car sales is now closed down after several one star reviews about being sold dodgy cars!! Don't trust this dealer and stay we'll clear would be my advice, gives the good second hand car dealers a bad name.
Guy is a cowboy with no respect for people. I went to him to sell a car, he told me to come o. Saturday 09:00 . When I got there he said he can’t buy it for that price , making me travel 100 miles with 2 cars and waste my time.dont use , very bad
Excellent service I now have a lovely new car . Such a lovely guy answered all my queries would highly recommend. a friend is on their way to hopefully purchase a new car for themselves . Paid me more for my px than had been offered by the well know company who buy all . Highly recommend
Still waiting for new log book left him messages about this matter and no answer but car was good not impressed with no contact now.......
AVOID!!!!! My elderly parents brought a car from this company and they have been taken complete advantage of by Jamie. Waterside Cars Ltd said the car had full service history yet no service book was given, because apparently you don’t get a service book anymore as it is done electronically, but when we tried to chase this up ourselves as Jamie wasn’t doing anything, Peugeot said they have no clue what they were talking about and said that this is not the case at all. We are still waiting on some sort of clarification from Waterside. Jamie also promised to get them the owners manual and a second key as they were missing but still hasn’t after 8 months!!!!!, so half the functions on the car my parents don’t know how to use as they are still waiting for the manual, as being elderly aren’t brilliant with technology. The drivers door check strap is extremely noisy and about to break and was again promised by Jamie it would be sorted, but surprise, surprise just like all his and Waterside cars other promises it hasn’t materialised. I get the feeling they will tell you anything you want to hear to get the sale, then either lie, ignore or fob you off when you ask for the things they listed the car with or you were promised. 8 months on and my parents still haven’t got anything they were promised. BUYERS BEWARE. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!
