I was sent a parcel with some items missing, I rang customer support and the problem was sorted immediately, no questions asked. I could not fault the response, I received the swapped items the next day, and get this it was the weekend. I will have no hesitation in shopping on this web sight again. Thank you webtogs. Alan

They're selling defective products. Bought a pair of hiking boots. Noticed that the boots had some additional material on one of the tongues. Didn't think it would be a problem. Upon wearing them, the boot with the additional material cuts off circulation on that part of the foot. Webtogs refused to make an exchange siting that they wouldn't be able to resell the boots (which were defective) because I had worn them. Makes me think that someone else probably returned these defective boots and then they sold them to me. They offered no solution. They care more about being able to resell defective items than they do about customer experience. Will never purchase from them again.
Stay clear of these people! They deducted the money from my account immediately without shipment confirmation. They never sent Any email. So they took my money with obviously no intent to deliver merchandise. The number listed on their “trusted pilot” website is not in service. Yes we tried the before and the 44. Not a working number! So basically we are out over 60 and no merchandise and no way to call. We also were charged an international fee at our bank. We are contacting the bank to see what we need to do to get our money back and block any further transactions with these people. I even emailed them and they do not have the decency to respond. We will also contact “trusted pilot” and better business bureau on this company. Extremely frustrating trying to deal with these people!!
Reluctantly gave a One star! Buy with care, return policy and team extremely poor. I returned an item to Webtogs and after over two weeks no communication what so ever. When I chased them, didn't want to know and spun the same copy-paste response to me multiple times. Messages were contradicting and now I have no item nor any refund from Webtogs. No other option but to see if I can recoup money from Barclaycard. Very dissatisfied with the experience, Webtogs couldn't give a dam!
I ordered a few things and they emailed me to ask me to send them a scan of my passport or driver's license. Alternatively I could call them in the UK so that I can give them more details. I find this highly irregular. I order items online all the time and NEVER have I been asked to submit my passport details before! Never have I been asked to call the company that I ordered from to verify the order.
Best price about and faster than expected delivery. Will happily shop here again.

Lie about their products, ships knock off versions of products, their US phone number is bogus and directs you to a scam survey phone number. Can this company get any worse?
