Buyer beware. I want to support local businesses, and have done more and more this year. I will not support this one again, however, and suggest you don't either. I ordered a beautiful bouquet for a very special birthday, bumped it up to extra large, paid for an AM delivery slot (over 50 all in). I got neither of those things. The delivery was mid-afternoon (florist cited traffic) and the bouquet was inferior and disappointing to say the least. When I contacted Wigmore Florist, they held their hands up to precisely nothing, said they had provided flowers of higher value (hmmm), said that each bouquet had 10% foliage (pretty sure this is about 30-40% filler) and offered me 20% off my next order.... There won't be one. I think the pictures speak for themselves. Yes, covid. Yes, this provides businesses with unprecedented challenges. We are ALL struggling, money is tight for many and purchases have to be particularly well thought out during these times. BUT please, don't offer a service you very clearly cannot provide.

Ordered flowers from here many many times, so great at same day deliveries as I have a terrible memory! Delightful staff and always so friendly. Wouldn't order flowers from anywhere else!

I ordered a bouquet for my Sister and brother in laws anniversary which was today. I do not live locally and so chose a florist near to their home as do not like sending interflora,do not think you get value for money. I spent 40 and thought it would be a nice bouquet. What was delivered was a bouquet containing one rose, three gerberas, a couple of mini carnation sprays, five chrysanthemums and some foliage. Definately not 40 worth. I will Definately not be using this florist again. Very disappointed for the recipients.

This florist went out of the way to make beautiful flowers for a funeral we were attending Jan 2020 and went over and above to accommodate changes to delivery destination... outstanding thank you so much... Shall be using again you can't go wrong with a florist with customer service like these people have.
