Your Move sold our property very quickly at such a great price. It was so much quicker and easier than I every excepted. Selling during the pandemic was stressful but Your Move were always there to support and advise us every step of the way. I would highly recommend this branch.

I have a buy to let property in Gillingham. I had various estate agents value the property but Your Move seemed the most knowledgeable and experienced of all that came out. Some agents had various offers in place where the management fees would be discounted should the property be on the market longer than two weeks. The lettings manager, Rebecca explained that they would not offer this service, as they would prefer to spend a bit longer finding me the right tenant for the property and not just put in the first people that offered. It turned out this didn't matter anyway as the property had various offers and was let within two weeks! I cannot fault the service I have received and should I obtain any further buy to let properties I will definitely be returning to Your Move to manage them.

They are well known professional agents, we establish in the Kent County Council for moderate housing units for rent and sales. There office is located very close to the Gillingham train station . With an open disposition towards clients always willing to lend an open hand.
