Amazing team. I own a Honda but decided to take my car to Acura after an accident in the rear based on a referral. Abby/Mike/Dan kept me informed with weekly updates. They handled everything. When I got the car back a month later , I had to bring it back for some minor touches that was missed during the initial fix. Due to Covid-19, everything was delayed. Since my insurance policy only allowed for 30 days in a rental, I only had 1 day left on the policy. Abby connected me with a loaner car directly through Acura right away and we did not even go through insurance. I had the loaner for almost 2 weeks. Worry-free. The amazing customer service that Mike and team provide are top notch. Even if you don’t own an Acura, they service all kinds of cars and use dealership quality parts. I had a really complicated situation and I never felt left in the dark, the team just handled it. Highly recommend this place to everyone, you actually get to talk to someone when you call. After 1.5 months in the shop, it felt like talking to family. Recommend with no reservations!

For anyone looking to purchase an Acura (or other vehicle) I highly recommend Gillman Acura! The selection was great and I had a wonderful experience! I'd been looking at purchasing a used MDX and found 3 that checked all the boxes at Gillman. I have to mention the sales consultant who was helping us out. Paul Thomas was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle and made the test drive fun! He took care of us throughout the process and the customer service didn't stop there. He's followed up with us a couple times to make sure we are happy and getting the most out of the vehicle! I couldn't be happier with my experience at Gillman Acura and my new MDX!
