If you ever step into Gillman Subaru Southwest for a vehicle purchase, new or used, make sure you ask for John Nguyen. There is absolutely no pressure, no hassle and no haggle from him. I purchased this Forester Sport on Jan. 08 and everything was a breeze, the easiest car purchase for me since 1992. John was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. It took us just a little more than 90 minutes from the initial greetings to the final handshake. It is especially worth mentioning that John would bring vehicles of all the colors we were interested in to the curb for us to compare and test. Super nice guy. Will buy from him again.

Was my first time at this dealership, my wife has got 2 cars here previously. We went in to get her another lease and we ended up walking out with a brand new car for both of us!! I was really upside down on my car but Ernesto Perez the salesman really worked with me and gave me the best option, I recommend you go through Ernesto , he was very informative and made you feel like family ! Definitely will be doing business here again!

The team there all are so nice, friendly, and PATIENT!!! Antonio worked with me for 2 days, just to make sure he found the right vehicle for me, at the right price! After changing jobs and needing to get out of my old trucks negative equity and high payment, Ernesto Perez was incredible helpful in helping me find a car that had just been traded in with low miles and great condition for the price I wanted. He knew payment and price were a big issue for me and listen to what was important than just trying to push a higher priced vehicle that I didn't want on me. To me a very underrated quality and incredible appreciated skill to listen to what the customer wants instead of going for a higher commission.
