They've been super considerate, understanding, and active with helping residents during these hard times.

Relatively affordable for the location. Great maintenance team and friendly office staff.

DO NOT RENT HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They tow vehicles out of paid parking spaces and then rent out a paid space to other tenants. The companies they use to maintenance are cheap, minimal repair to keep their management team happy (security properties residential) the owners of the property (sec. prop) do not answer phone calls only respond in emails, which tells me they are tired of being yelled at. They use \conflict resolution\ to prevent complaints. Which is a series of steps they are taught to make people feel like their concerns are being heard. Google \conflict resolution\. There is never follow up. Work orders are ignored and the condition of the units are awful upon move-in. They only care about the appearance of the property to get prospective renters in. THIS PLACE SUCKS!!!!! and so do all the fake people that work at the complex and management property.

Managers and maintenance crew are nice. But be aware you hear your neighbors
