Welcome to New Mexico without leaving Phoenix. Small family-owned with a delicious assortment family-recipe foods. Patio dining with a view of a mountain is available. Really worth trying.

Heard about Gil's by word of mouth and finally stopped in. Authentic New Mexican is one of my favorites but is rare to find even in Phoenix. Food was excellent and the flavors are spot on. The green chile burrito was the best I've had anywhere. I will definitely be a regular here.
